This was a cake made for a customers 40th Birthday party. He owns his own construction company so the brief was a construction theme with a JCB JS130 tracked digger and model of him drinking a beer. Cake is Madeira sponge and the JCB digger was made from RKT. One of my more challenging cakes but he loved it!
