My friend asked me if I’d decorate her fruit cake and turn it into a squash court theme for her brother’s 50th!!! I was given two square cakes with rounded corners! After hours of filling with marzipan and covering and smoothing I created the above. It’s by no means perfect but considering what I had to work with I think it turned out okay in the end.
