6" Vanilla Bean cake with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam. Covered in white chocolate ganache and sugarpaste. Modelling chocolate baby in a gumpaste rose. The plaque was “sugarveil-less sugarveil” (fondant imprinted with a sugarveil mat).
