This was definitely one of the most challenging cake toppers I’ve ever attempted. The bike alone took me almost 2 days to sculpt and assemble. each part needed a lot of time to dry completely solid before I could proceed to the next step putting it together piece by piece.
Made of fondant fortified with tylose. Completely edible except for some support skewers.
