Allissa + Rudy //

For Allissa, we designed a four-tier white wedding cake with lace details and a silver monogram on the second tier. She originally requested an all-white wedding cake, but later, we decided to add coral sugar flowers to match the custom stationary by Rosey Paperie and to give the cake a pop of color.

In honor of the countless hours Rudy spent serving our country from his black hawk medical helicopter, we surprised him with a tall, rectangular groom’s cake displaying a vertical American flag. A hand-cut silhouette of Rudy’s helicopter in descent was meant to symbolize his safe homecoming. To Rudy and to all of our servicemen and women — thank you for your sacrifice!
