This cake was for a retirement party for somebody who was partial to a Jameson or two ;)!

The cake was made up of two 10" vanilla madeira cakes which I cut to a rectangular shape and stacked. filling was buttercream and was then covered in dark chocolate ganache. The panels were made from modelling chocolate and the bottle itself was made from fondant and glazed to look more like glass. The labels were edible wafer paper and finally the straw was made from strips of fondant.
