A simple but beautiful cake I believe. I hand painted the grass, it was my first time doing any painting directly on to a cake and although it is a simple design it was harder than I imagined. A bit of a cottage/country feel with the fence, flowers and butterflies which is exactly what the birthday girl wanted.
