1st time participated in PDCAcakerbuddiescollaboration. As the theme of this month is Indian Cuisine, I came up with the idea of showcasing Calcutta style Chicken Biriyani to celebrate the great culinary melting pot that is Bengal. The biriyani rice, chicken leg piece, egg, potato, banana leave, salad, raita bowl, black thali everything made out of fondant or gumpaste.
