Hi everyone! Participated in PdcaCakerBuddiesCollaboration. Cake INSPIRATION.. Cuisines of India. The theme at the very go made me imagine the Punjabi’s favourite… THE RAJMA CHAWAL. Being a punjabi myself can’t separate myself from the roots of Punjab.. The Traditional Dhabas .. A roadside dhaba with traditional khatias , big patilas, parked trucks, not to miss the dogs,the lighted lanterns,the dusty look…most importantly the sumptuous food.. Inspired by the very thought.. Have tried to replicate it in the form of cake…. On the backdrop is a handpainted depiction of the festival of BAISAKHI..
