Briefcase cake done for a college graduation celebration..the cake was originally made without the purple cap and Tassles and other updates made to make the cake pop with color. It was originally done standing up but my structure wasn’t sturdy enough and it collapsed so I did it laying down. I’d like to know how I can get it to stand up straight next time. I made LMF black fondant which stayed very black and smooth. No fading. All the elements on the 1st black only cake were edible.
