I made this cake ( sorry not great photography!) for my little towns celebrations for the Queens Birthday. We had a fabulous street party!
The cake is a 3 layer 10" vanilla sponge, the crown has a marshmallow/rice crispie centre and sugar structure.
The crown was quite challenging!
