Meet Ollie, he’s a bit of a cutie! The cake was a new recipe of matcha vanilla white cake with chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream. I loved incorporating the name of the cake recipient into the cake and creating interest at the back of the cake with the little mushrooms. Still working on making fluffly textures with fondant but this wasn’t too bad an effort! :)

It’s absolutely amazing. Outstanding work 😊 The cake I want to make for my little girl is a tree trunk, 2nd tier A Winnie the Pooh hand painted scene with an owl on top. I’ve looked at a lot of owls and trunks and This is by far the best combo I’ve come across 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
