Celebrating a little boys 2nd Birthday who loves Elmo. The cake was a 4 tier Vanilla and Coconut flavor. Iced with a a layer of yellow fondant and all decorations can be eaten. Fondant was made and colored by myself. The little cup cakes where of a basic vanilla mix. The fondant toppers where all edible and with a small layer of butter cream. Elmo was also hand made (but no body wanted to eat it) Table was also a theme. Little boy had a wonderful time. I am currently living in China for 3 years so supplies of fresh fondant cannot be found. I make fondant using marshmallows, icing sugar and a little water. All decorations where made from this.
