This was one of the biggest cakes i’ve done so far, the board was 40″ × 24″ and it felt like it weighed a tonne. Each carriage was 12" long by 4" high and 3" wide. Really Enjoyed making this cake and love any opportunity I get to put some lights into it. The brief was he was Irish Rail train driver celebrating his 50th birthday and was a big fan of Liverpool FC and Disney Land.
