I loved making this castle cake with a "Little Mermaid’ twist. Inspired by McGreevy Cakes Castle Cake, I tried envisioning what it would look like if Ariel lived there!

Everything is made of sugar except the spaghetti noodles holding the flags up:) Ariel and Flounder are hand-made out of fondant.

Flavors are Luscious Lemon and Strawberry Cream.
