Girly Minion Cake

Hi All,

I made this standing minion girl cake for my daughter’s 1st birthday. This was my first attempt at making a gravity defying cake & the experience was nerve wrecking & exciting too.
This beauty measures 15’’ high from her leg up. So covering her with fondant was a task!!
I hope you like it… Inside is dark choc mud cake with dark choc ganache.
