Happy 60th Birthday

This cake was requested by a friend for her stepfather who turned 60 last saturday.

It’s 5", 7" and 8″ × 5″. The bottom tier and the top tier were vanilla sponge filled with fresh mango buttercream. The middle tier was chocolate cake with chocolate chips filled with fresh banana buttercream.
