This cake was made as part of The Cake Carnival collaboration by Sugar Show Productions, it has been shown at Cake International in Birmingham and London Alexandra Palace uk, we were extremely lucky to have been sponsored by Renshaws icing, The Cake Decorating Company and Dummies Direct.
I made a frame for Timothy which I then covered with a dummy for him to stand on.
Timothy’s body is Madeira sponge cake and his head and fez are made with Rice Krispie treats all covered with fondant or fondant/flowerpaste mix.
I hand painted the face and airbrushed details to give more depth to his jacket ,face and tail .
