This beauty went out for a mum’s birthday!
My first white on white cake! The edible lace adds oomph to the cake. And it perfectly matches the roses in the wreath!
Bottom tier – vanilla sponge with a caramel filling, roasted almonds and butterscotch frosted with a mix of milk and dark chocolate.
Top tier – chocolate sponge with a nutella filling, roasted hazelnuts frosted with dark chocolate.
