Hi sweeties! My firts post here… This cake was a last minute resquest for a birthday cake, for a little girl who loves to read Beatrix Potter children’s tales about farm life, specialy the adventures of Jamima Pudlleduck, and her bunny friend Peter Rabbit. It’s a carrot cake with chocolate and hazelnut ganache filling.
