To make these bouquets, I use 5-7 oz. disposable cups to hold the cupcakes in place. I tape them together and then hot glue tissue paper to the cups. I find the cupcakes are easier to put in the cups if I pop them in the fridge for 10 – 15 minutes and allow the buttercream to harden a bit. After a little while in the cups, the buttercream crusts and the cupcakes can easily be removed.
