This was one of the trickiest cakes I’ve ever made, and it took me forever, but I did it!
The bottom layer is a 8" square chocolate mud cake, filled and covered in dark chocolate ganache and then covered in white fondant.
The top layer is carved from chocolate mud cake, covered in ganache and fondant.
The client gave me a picture to work with and I think it turned out rather well! :)
