A 40th birthday cake for a guy who loves flying and also loves planes. The plane is made from gum paste as is the man. There’s lots of feminine looking gatsby cakes so to make it more manly I added the tuxedo tier ( which is what he wore to his party) I also liked the fact this has the word forty on the bottom right corner instead of a #40.
