I took my inspiration for this cake from a mug I came across while shopping. I was instantly drawn to it, thinking ‘how lovely it would look painted onto a cake’…..sad I know!
A bit late for Easter, being little bunnies, but here it is.
I added some small poppies using a plunger to create a 3D effect and then made a quick sugar flower to resemble a larger poppy.
What’s more is that a cup of tea tastes lovely in my new mug!
