This cake was created as part of the Polka Dots Academy Collaboration. The theme was fashion and the cake design was to be inspired from an outfit by the fashion designer Manish Arora. The cake involved a ton of hand painting which is probably the last thing I would ever attempt on a cake given my terrible drawing skills! But here we are! The leopard print and the splatter is hand painted, while the big flower on top is wafer paper. The centre of the flower is an isomalt bead.
