This is my first carved cake that I made for a gentleman’s sixtieth birthday. It’s a chocolate mud cake with ganache filling and it travelled nearly 400 kms in this summer heat! I was quite relieved and happy to learn that everyone loved it when it was cut the next day evening 😊
