I participated in this collaboration wherein 30 cake artists have come together to put forth their interpretation of The Manish Arora designs. I have chosen one of his fall -winter collection and created this piece which highlights the design.
The bottom tier is done with marble effect. I have made the upper tier using various airbrushing techniques along with wafer paper . Handpainting and isomalt are some of the additions to this design. The sphere adds vibrancy to the winter dullness. And of course I took the liberty to imitate the Manish Arora signature to provide authenticity to my design.
