I had a blast coming up with this cake. I had a client that wanted a birthday cake for her 1 year old son. She wanted a cake with musical instruments on it but, she also wanted me to incorporate a cow as well. So, I made a cow sitting on top of a piano covered with a happy birthday music sheet playing the drums with his guitar to his side. I made the cow, drums & guitar from 50/50 blend of fondant/gumpaste. The music sheet is made with a ice sheet.
