Alhumdulilah ….my favourite theme cake…tried all the mediums of cake decorating in this one cake….sugar geode(rock candy on which mermaid is sitting)modelling chocolate,fondant,gumpaste,royal icing,buttercream,ganache,airbrush,lustre dust,highlighter,gel colours,gelatin paper(the fins n tails of mermaid)wafer paper.
