I was desperate to try and do some individual cakes so when a friend wanted cupcakes I convinced her to let me do these instead.

They are hard work as each is a little cake in it’s own right. The brief was classy. So I opted for silver and a splash of pink. I loved doing them.

They are chocolate truffle torte filled with chocolate buttercream, covered in ganache. I used oodles of luster and pearl dust.
