Naked cakes has a different type of romance and feel to them. It always amazes me how long it takes to arrange the fruit and flowers perfectly on the cake. We are lucky to have access to beautiful fresh berries straight from the farm. Raspberries, Gooseberries, Blueberries, Cherry guavas, Pomegranates and Ronde de Bordeaux figs.
