This is my almost life sized stag cake I made for the Away with the fairies collaboration display. It’s the biggest cake I’ve made so far! I learnt a lot making him…..and lot of what not to dos and a lot about what I can do! Was a great opportunity to make something that I wouldn’t have got to do normally! Transport was an issue, he arrived in a huge borrowed Van and left in a horsebox with his antlers removed and I was both happy and sad to see him leave. Sad it was all over but happy to have space in my kitchen again as he had rather taken over 😆
