While I was overseas during my cake workshops, I was contacted by my ever valued client. Her family refuses to have a cake done by other decorator (I’m giving myself a pat on my back lol!), she asked if I can do this cake. I am so thrilled and so excited the moment I arrived back in Melbourne. I only got 2 weeks to order all the lights and make the internal support to make it “floating”.
At the end of the day, the family was so happy. It was a heavy cake, with 5kg of ganache! (Ohh my back!)
