A different take on a jungle theme cake. The flavour was a super rich and moist chocolate cake with a cookies and cream filling, frosted with a vanilla swiss meringue buttercream. Working on the fondant animals was my favourite part:) The base board was given a wood bark effect to add some funk to this cake.
