When I spotted this cute little bunny at the supermarket recently, I knew he would make a staring role in my Easter baking. (And at the bargain price of $3 how could I not?). So here we have a very tasty crop of carrots. Thankfully not the carrots that my hubby detests so much, but chocolate covered strawberries on a bed of chocolate cake, buttercream and Oreo ‘dirt’.
