This was my competition entry at the Irish Sugar craft show held in Dublin. The theme was “The Finish Line” and I based my cake on the children’s story of the Hare and the Tortoise. Delighted my cake was commended by the BSG judges as it was my first time to enter a competition. Enjoy!
