I made this for my daughter’s wedding. A massive Harry Potter fan! I had to take it from the West Coast where I live to Christchurch – about 3 hours drive on one of the hottest days in summer! Nearly made it! Damage to the bottom tier.
The two top tiers are traditional fruit cake bottom tier was chocolate.
