My first attempt at making Chocolate Collar….soo happy with the result

This cake was ordered by a group of 3 cute girls on their friends birthday…since the birthday girl is a huge Oreo addict…the birthday girls, friends decided to square upon Oreo Cake…
What made me immensely happy was the feedback I received…they loved the cake; the birthday girls mom who doesn’t eat cakes except from only one bakery in Mumbai, decided to taste the cake on her daughters insistence, n now Sweet Impression is her favorite grin emoticon & nevertheless, chocolate collar was the show stealer …
