Happy Birthday, Dr. Seuss!!! This sugar recreation of a painting of Max returning home after leaving his monster friends was made for our little Paisley’s 4th birthday. Chocolate cookies and cream cake (so delicious!!) covered in chocolate ganache. We truly had a great time making this piece, and are super pleased with how it turned out. We used wafer paper for the water and sails, fondant for the modeling and to cover the boat, then we airbrushed the backdrop.
