This is the first cake I’ve done that has come together just as it was in my head!! Bottom tier is choc mud filled with vanilla imbc, covered in ganache and then sugarpaste…top tier is caramel mud, filled and covered in the same way….topper is a hand drawn picture of the boat owned by the birthday boy!! My sister drew it and I printed it out on my edible printer….frame is gumpaste…
