Phew !! Its been a roller coaster ride for the past few months and finally 3 days ago, we launched Sugar Magazine, India’s 1st Cake Art Magazine ! Super proud to be one of the Co-editor with my partners in crime from the industry !

Today I got a chance to share my contribution to the magazine. I was given the festival theme HOLI, and this is my interpretation of HOLI festival in sugar ~

Holi – The festival of colors or Holi, is a celebration of spring and end of winters. Delicious Holi recipes are prepared, which is a culmination of hours of playing in color with family. Gujiya, Dahi Bade and the specially prepared thandai or bhang are foods that the festival just can’t do without.
