WOW Awesome …Can you tell me how you made the structure and the sizes of your cakes?

AnneMaries Cakes… I have added a picture (not a very good one I must add) of the structure of the cakes. There is a metal plate under the wooden board that the metal poles are welded to and holes were drilled into the wooden board for the poles to slot through. The front bass drum has a poly bottom and is 8" wide. All the other cakes were 6" rounds with varying heights to match their specific drum measurements. any further questions…just let me know. xxxx

The only thing I would suggest is that you put a rectangle of styro/polystyrene under the half circle of the front bass drum. This should allow you to get a perfect round as once I put the drum on the board it started to crush the soft fondant and made a line along the bottom. Raising it up slightly (even by 1cm/ 1/2") should do the trick. Good luck, I can’t wait to see it xxxxxxxxx
