Inspired by rare black rose, this is my version of the rose cake. Roses commonly called black roses are technically a very dark shade of red, purple or maroon. Not going into the meaning and myths of black rose, made it just as its so rare and for its stand apart beauty for valentines. It reminds me of one of the quote I read " She was one of the rare ones, so effortlessly herself, and the world loved her for it." – Atticus
