Happy Birthday to a super special 8 year old! This 6 inch round cake was super tall as well…16 inches from the bottom to the top of the topper! It was 8 layers of gluten free vanilla cake and Swiss meringue buttercream with a chocolate modeling clay skyline and gum paste toppers.
