We created over the last 6 months a crazy project which was displayed during the cake decorating fair EXPOGATO. http://www.expogato.com/le-cube/

This project was created by the collective: French Cake Union (28 french cake designers) with the help of the great and amazing Avalon Yarnes from Avalon Cakes.
We recreated a part of the Great Barrier Reef, with lifesize animals which also changes under black light with the use of Rolkem Limo colours.

Avalon came all the way from the US to help us kickstart this project last november.
We worked for two days to create two major animals for our ‘CUBE’ based on the great barrier reef. Here is the first animal: the majestic Paula the Octopus.
(you must have recognised The Octochef as our inspiration ;) )

A crazy structure and the use of Massa Ticino without which the meters of tentacles would have bee impossible!
Also an insane trip to the venue as you can imagine.
