I know this cake is so, so simple, but it means a lot to me because it is for my sister! I never thought she would be able to have any children and now she is one month away from having a little boy! I am over the moon excited for her! This cake was designed with her in mind. She’s very natural and enjoys simple beauty. The cake was a vanilla almond cake with sweet almond buttercream. The only thing on this cake that is typical of my usual little details are the pinecones… They are comletely edible. Almond paste with sliced almond, then dipped in chocolate! TFL <3
