This cake was made for Lia , who was visiting her friend at Singapore, on her way home to Philipines. As this was her first trip home after her wedding, my client wanted to customise the cake to depict this. Hence we did three frames – the bride & groom, their flight, & their destination( map of Philipines)

Bake make : Eggless chocolate cake with valrhona dark chocolate ganache filling & vanilla flavour swiss meringue butter cream. Poured ganache flowing on the sides, salted caramel sauce drizzled , chopped hazelnut at the base,and generously topped with strawberries, rasperries , black berries . Finished with few fresh herbs to add a little spice to the sugar The doodles were done on wafer paper and framed by chocolate fondant.
