This is a pink ombre cake inspired by a Sweetface Cakes “Day of the Dead” cake
The brief was a bright rocky/edgy design involving a sugar skull.
This was great fun to make, and gave me a chance to make the skull as well as use an easy rose cutter for some quick flowers. My airbrush also got a good workout creating the silver flowers, the black lace and ombre cake covering.
