I do a lot of modeling , but I like doing erotic cakes and human forms …so this was quite a change for me. A few changes that I am making with my modeling is , almost always changing over to 100% fondant with a little tylose and making it a lil wet by adding some sugar glue ..that ways i get time to add details and still ensure a smooth finish.
