These are essentially shaped cake balls. They are dipped in modeling chocolate, and the “whipped cream” is a crusting vanilla buttercream. The white cups are chocolate raspberry and are drizzled with amazing raspberry jam.

The green “logos” are modeling chocolate, and the steam is chocolate that I piped on wax paper and let harden.
